A person can practice the mastery of swimming, if he or she has an ample spot to practice. Jessica Kahal tells that there are many benefits of improving swimming techniques. She used to practice a lot to enhance her swimming techniques, which helped her use less energy per length, and completing distance quickly. One of the best ways to improve technique is by practicing the front crawl or freestyle. It is better to use body chiefly on the sides and not on the belly or stomach, which resembles the shape of a sharp knife or blade. The shape of the body should be followed to attain the efficiency of the technique.
